Jon Cobb
Jon is a Harvard, Vanderbilt, Stanford, and Deloitte alum with more than 15 years of hands-on leadership experience. His passion for developing exceptional teams, leaders, and organizations comes from his experience as a Marine and State Department diplomatic team member throughout the Middle East.
Since leaving Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice to found the Tempest Consulting Group, Jon has successfully planned and led global transformation, communication, and training programs for Fortune20 software giants, global fintechs, nationwide healthcare leaders, multibillion-dollar acquisitions, and worldwide cloud services contracts.
